We subscribe to a specific medical database called TRAVAX and this enables us to provide you with the most up-to-date travel information available. We can help you by: Ensuring that you are fully informed of the recommended vaccinations for any part of the world you wish to visit. Providing antimalarial advice and recommending the correct prophylaxis. Providing other information relevant to your chosen destination, including the prevention and treatment of holiday sickness and diarrhoea. Recommending what to include in an emergency medical pack if you are exploring a remote part of the world – particularly useful for backpackers.

If you would like to take advantage of our expertise and experience in this field the first thing we require is that you complete our comprehensive travel questionnaire. The best time to do this is at least 6 weeks before you travel as some vaccinations cannot be given together and they often do not give immediate protection. There is no cost or obligation involved in requesting information and all information will be treated as private and confidential. Upon receipt of this information, which can be sent to us by e-mail, fax, post or hand delivered to any of our three clinics, we can assess your particular circumstances and requirements. Normally this information is available within 24 hours of receipt of your questionnaire and we will contact you, preferably by e-mail or fax, as soon as the information becomes available. If, following this information, you require a course of vaccinations, a booster and/or a prescription for antimalarial tablets you can request an appointment with one of our specially trained nurses. Please let us know which vaccines you are requesting. We do keep a small supply of the most common holiday vaccinations in stock but some vaccines have a very short shelf-life and need to be specially ordered. The policy of the clinic is to charge the cost of the vaccination at the price supplied to us by our pharmacy plus a small handling charge of 12, 00 € per vaccination.
