We fully understand that many people do not have health insurance and that the clinic is used in addition to the Spanish National Health system. This is not a problem for us and patients are encouraged to share their health information with all their health personnel.

For those who are new to our clinic and who wish to become a registered patient we have prepared a special “Welcome Pack” which comprises:

• A Clinic Brochure
• A Medical History Questionnaire
• A Health Screening Leaflet
• Information about the 10 Most Important Blood Tests
• A Complimentary Pen

These “Welcome Packs” are given to patients on their first visit to the clinic but if you would like to pre-register with us then do just call in to the clinic and ask for one. This also gives us the opportunity of meeting you and answering any questions that you might have, or you can request your “Welcome Pack” here.

As we have no access to previous medical records all new patients are encouraged to complete the enclosed Medical History Questionnaire. This enables us to create a comprehensive medical file for you in order that our medical staff can provide you with the best possible service.
